Pamela brings extensive business management and leadership experience and training to her work.

Experienced: Pamela's career spans >25 years working her way up through middle management into senior leadership positions within the private, public and non-profit sectors in the legal, technology, manufacturing and social sectors. Pamela has worked with hundreds of business-owner clients as an independent Business Management Consultant and as a Business Advisor and Loans Analyst with the Womens' Enterprise Centre of BC.

Knowledge, Education and Training: Pamela has extensive training and experience in strategic leadership and management, business administration and governance, communications, marketing, event management, contract law, conflict management and negotiation, and change management.

Pamela completed her MBA in Executive Management while studying at the Ecole de Management in Grenoble, France. Pamela's masterís thesis was focused on adoption and diffusion strategies to encourage market adoption of a new product category (a.k.a., how to encourage consumers to buy your stuff), and included extensive research on start-up firm success factors, including governance and board composition.

As a corporate-commercial paralegal Pamela conducted due diligence on multi-million dollar commercial transactions, prepared licensing and shareholder agreements, and completed corporate restructuring, merger and acquisition documentation in British Columbia and Alberta.
